Coverage Details:
Two providers needed Monday Thursday for block times
One vascular provider needed on Friday
Hospital coverage, 7:00 AM 5:00 PM, Monday Friday

Call Schedule:
Weekdays 5:00 PM 7:00 AM (Monday Friday)
Weekends: 24-hour call on Saturday and Sunday

Call Type:
Beeper call with activation, unrestricted from 5:00 PM 7:00 AM
Locum must respond to in-house codes

Shift Details:
Average hospital patients per physician per day: 5 admissions, 1 inpatient, 1 ICU

Requirements:
Must be board certified
Active Arizona license or active IMLC
