Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Medical Surgical day shift position requiring at least one year of recent Med/Surg experience and an active AZ or compact RN license.
Responsibilities
- Work in a hospital medical surgical unit on floor 1
- Day shift schedule: 06:30 to 19:00
- 13-week contract assignment
- Care for adult Med/Surg patient population
- Position does not accept local travelers within a 50-mile radius
- All requested time off (RTO) must be less than 1 week
- First-time travelers will be considered for the role
Requirements
- Active AZ or compact RN license required
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Medical Surgical nursing
- No certification may expire within the first 30 days of start
- No employment as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years
- Must not have a gap in work history of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
