Unit: 27-bed Med-Surg (ortho/bariatrics focus) with 5–6 RNs and 2–3 LNAs; unit coordinator weekdays
Ratios: 5–6:1
Equipment/EMR: Hoyer, CPM; EMR noted as Code Cart
Required: 2+ years hospital Med-Surg experience; BLS
Preferred: Ortho/bariatrics experience
Patient mix: Post-op ortho (knees/hips/shoulder/cervical) and bariatrics
Float: May float to Medical Oncology
