Family Practice Physician - Conyers, GA (Sign-on/Relocation Available)

Locations: Winder, GA Conyers, GA McDonough, GA

Shifts & Schedule: Flexible

Position Overview: We are seeking a Family Practice Physician (MD or DO) to provide exceptional primary care to patients of all ages, from infants to older adults.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and routine wellness visits.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Promote preventive health practices and patient education.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to optimize outcomes.
• Provide supervision and delegation to NPs and PAs as needed.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in patient charts.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with an active state medical license (Georgia).
• Board certification (or eligibility) in Family Medicine is required.
• New Graduates are also welcome
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Open to new graduates with appropriate board eligibility.
