This facility is seeking a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity:
Schedule: 2 days a week within Monday-Friday 8a - 5p
Practice Setting: Outpatient
Scope: Physical Medicine/Orthopedic Sports Injuries
Credentialing Timeframe: 2 weeks
State Licensure: Active State License
Requirements: cervical/thoracic/lumbar RFA, cervical/lumbar facet injections, cervical/lumbar ESI/TFESI injections, SI joint, medial branch blocks, nerve root injections
