Requirements
- Active New York RN License (must be in hand)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience
- At least 1 year of recent telemetry experience
- EPIC charting experience required
- Must be able to read and interpret cardiac rhythms
- Required to pass a hospital-proctored telemetry exam
- >80% accuracy in rhythm identification
- 100% accuracy in identifying critical rhythms
- Flu vaccine or approved exemption required
- Experience with critical drips and CVA patients is a plus
Unit Details- Patient Ratio: 1:4–5
- Float Call-Off Policy: Maximum of 3 call-offs per contract
- Floating required across designated units based on staffing needs
