Occupational Therapist Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based interventions to promote mobility, safety, and independence.
• Recommend adaptive equipment and provide training for daily living activities.
• Collaborate with nurses, rehab professionals, and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure holistic outcomes.
• Participate in care planning, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Occupational Therapist Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy.
• Virginia OT License and NBCOT Certification (required or eligible).
• CPR/BLS Certification (required).
• 1+ year of OT experience preferred—but new graduates with passion and professionalism are welcome!
