Occupational Therapist Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based interventions to promote mobility, safety, and independence.
- Recommend adaptive equipment and provide training for daily living activities.
- Collaborate with nurses, rehab professionals, and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure holistic outcomes.
- Participate in care planning, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Occupational Therapist Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy.
- Virginia OT License and NBCOT Certification (required or eligible).
- CPR/BLS Certification (required).
- 1+ year of OT experience preferred—but new graduates with passion and professionalism are welcome!
