The Medication Technician provides personal care and medication assistance to senior residents, supporting their daily living activities and contributing to their overall well-being. They monitor changes in residents' health, collaborate with nursing staff, and encourage participation in community activities. This role requires certification as a Medication Aide or Technician and a compassionate attitude toward elderly care.

Engage and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
Look for changes in residents' day and personal care needs and work with the nurse to update their personal Resident Care Plan.
Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.
Salary range: USD $20.50 - USD $23.50 /Hr.
