Our client, an industry leader in the energy sector, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner IV to join their team. As a Talent Acquisition Partner IV, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting recruitment initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Develop and execute hiring strategies for high-complexity, high-visibility roles across the organization.
- Cultivate and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates using advanced sourcing tools, techniques, and methodologies.
- Ensure the recruitment process is inclusive, equitable, and delivers a positive candidate experience.
- Be a subject matter expert in recruitment by staying informed on market trends, talent availability data, and understanding business partner needs.
- Drive strategic recruitment initiatives that align with organizational goals and leadership priorities.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience in recruitment, including sourcing, screening, managing complex offers, immigration support, and export control positions.
- 3+ years of experience recruiting for engineering, PhD-level candidates, and emerging technologies such as AI, Software, and Robotics.
- Experience in change management and process implementation.
- Proficiency with HR and recruitment tools such as Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Neuron, Tableau, and AI bots like ChatGPT.
