Job Description:
The Mammography Technologist will be responsible for performing mammographic images using digital equipment and ensuring high-quality patient care. This role supports the Radiology unit by producing radiographs following provided protocols and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Perform digital mammography procedures adhering to clinical protocols and standards.
- Ensure quality and safety protocols are maintained during procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the radiology team and report findings to radiologists.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in mammography and tomosynthesis
- Active BLS Certification
- Certified Mammography Technologist - ARRT (M) Verification
- Certified Radiologic Technologist - ARRT (R) Verification
- COVID Vaccine Required
- Certification through the State of California
