Must-have experience: Strong CVICU/Cardiac ICU background (2+ solid years)—must hit the ground running (strip interpretation, fast-paced); travelers may float to ICU and take full teams
Skills/drips: Swan/Ganz, temp pacers, IABP, art lines/CVCs; titrating drips required (multiple vasopressors/sedation/insulin/heparin, etc.)
Certs: AHA BLS required (ACLS preferred; CCRN/PCCN a plus)
