Complexity of Work: Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Required Work Experience: No prior work experience required.
***Psychiatric Assistants who work in any of the Behavioral Health units are required to perform safety rounds on all assigned patients every 15 minutes and to record activities/locations of patients on the assigned rounding sheet upon the completion of each 15 minute rounding session.
