Marketing Executive Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 8+ years of marketing experience, with at least 4 years in digital and/or loyalty program experience in the Hospitality / restaurant industry
- Proven track record in growing engaged audiences on social media and enhancing brand awareness.
- Demonstrated success in managing loyalty programs with measurable impacts on customer loyalty and sales.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools/platforms (e.g., Meta, Braze, Power BI).
- Proficient in data analysis and customer insights to inform strategy.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience working in small teams; self-starter and highly motivated.
Marketing Executive Preferred Background & Skills
- Hands-on experience in retail or hospitality, particularly with food development and category management.
- Familiarity with loyalty platforms and app management.
- Understanding of omnichannel marketing strategies.
- Experience in sales of CPG products across multiple channels.
Marketing Executive Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the marketing strategy, annual calendar, and seasonal campaigns.
- Collaborate with food teams to create seasonal campaigns featuring key products that meet KPIs.
- Optimize the food and beverage range through effective category management.
- Drive brand awareness through in-store POS, paid media, and social media campaigns.
- Oversee the development and optimization of the loyalty program strategy via the app to enhance customer engagement and retention.
- Implement a social media strategy focused on brand awareness, reach, and engagement, including content generation and performance reporting.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness and loyalty KPIs, optimizing for sales and ROI.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities in F&B, CRM, and digital media.
