Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensivecritical care coverage in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) on a 7-on / 7-offschedule, supporting a balanced work-life routine.
- Collaborate closely withmultidisciplinary teams, including nursing, respiratory therapy, and specialtyconsultants, to develop and execute patient-centered care plans.
- Perform patient assessments,manage ventilators, oversee admissions and discharges, and conduct daily ICUrounds.
- Utilize the Cerner EMRsystem for accurate and efficient clinical documentation.
- Contribute to ongoingquality improvement initiatives and ensure best practices in critical caremedicine.
Requirements:
- Board Certified or BoardEligible in Critical Care Medicine, Pulmonary and Critical Care, or InternalMedicine/Critical Care.
- Valid Massachusetts medicallicense (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Proven expertise in themanagement of complex, critically ill patients.
- Strong communication andteamwork skills.
- Commitment to evidence-basedmedicine and continuous professional growth.
