- Average annual case volume 14,000
- Case mix is general surgery, ortho, GYN, pain, ophthalmology, GI/endo, cath lab
- No OB, no trauma
- Regional Blocks (experience preferred)
- After hours call is remote from home
- Care Team Model: 17 FT physicians and 6 CRNAs
