The role includes supervising APPs, working Monday to Friday with no onsite call, optional phone triage, and participation in teaching medical students and residents. - Setting: 100% Outpatient Primary Care
- Patient Population: All ages or 18+
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- EMR: eClinicalWorks
- Patient Volume: 20 per day (goal)
- APP Supervision: Yes
- Call: None (covered by answering service)
- Optional 7-day phone-only call = $1,000/week
- Phone triage only (direct to ER or advise, document in EMR)
- Board Certified Required
- Active Georgia License required
- Salary Range: $250,000-$400,000 (based on production and experience)
- 6-month guarantee, then production model (based on visits and volume)
- Longevity Bonus: Up to $100,000 for 4 years of service
- Preceptorship: $500 per rotation (optional teaching opportunity)
