Job Title: Job Title: Cardiac Telemetry/Step Down RN -

Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Start Date: 12/1/25
• Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 36
• Shift Requirements: 12 hours Days 0700-1930
Float Requirements: Float to all inpatient units as needed..
On Call/Call Back Requirements: none
• Weekend/Holiday Requirements: Every other weekend. Every other holiday
• Required Certifications: WI RN License, BLS and ACLS. **Must be able to pass EKG test 1st week of hire.**
Minimum Experience: MUST HAVE 1 YEAR STRONG CARDIAC EXPERIENCE (Cardiac SDU/Intermediate Cardiac/Cardiac ICU) & 2 years IMC/PCU/Tele experience required.
Candidates cannot move forward in the interview process without experience without Amiodarone, Cardizem, and Nitro Drips.
*Required: at least ONE travel assignment must be completed
* Charting- 1 year recent EPIC charting experience required
• Unit Information: 44 Bed Intermediate cardiac stepdown. Fast paced, high patient turnover. Post op CABG/Valve, thoracotomy, Vascular, Arrhythmia, CHF, Post procedure cath, pacer, defib, ablations, Acute CP/MI, med/surg overflow i.e. detox, DKA, COPD exac, resp failure, Fem Pop Bypass. Patient ratio typically 1:4
• Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates: Able to manage independently and complete tasks timely
• Scrub Colors: any color
• Contract is eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours
travelers can be put on call during the 36 hours of unbillable low census. If called back in, they will have call back pay.
