Obstetrician Gynecologist (OBGYN)

Salary and Benefits

• Base salary range: $230,000 $290,000 (negotiable for strong candidates)
• Annual bonus structure based on productivity, quality, patient satisfaction, and pharmacy capture
• 25 Days of PTO + 10 Paid Holidays + 1 Birthday Holiday
• 5 CME Days + $3,000 annual allowance

Responsibilities

• Full-time position; outpatient women s health plus deliveries
• Rotating call schedule (shared with team)
• Travel between South St. Pete, Clearwater, and High Point
• Conduct prenatal care, GYN exams, and postpartum follow-up
• Deliveries include:
  • Vaginal and C-sections (VBACs welcomed if clinically safe)
  • High-risk pregnancies referred as needed
• No in-house ultrasound (referred out)
• DAX Co-Pilot documentation support
• EMR: EPIC

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology (or willing to obtain)
• Active Florida medical license (or ability to obtain)
• New graduates and experienced OB/GYNs encouraged to apply
