Shift/Hours: 36–48 hrs/week | OT billable after standard hours (36–40 OT after 40, 48-hr contracts OT after 48) • Local Rule: Must live 50+ miles from facility (10% bill rate reduction if local) • EMR: EPIC • Bed Size: 25 • Patient Types: Neurosurgery, Craniectomy, Ortho • Ratios: 1:5–6 • Drips: Heparin, PCA, 3% Na (no titration) • Specialty Equipment: Telemetry, left equipment, chest tubes, Airvo • Scrubs: Navy Blue • Call/On-Call: Call-back 1.5x (2-hr min), On-call $9/hr, Charge/Precept $6/hr • NBO: 16 hrs | OT/Holiday: 1.15x multiplier • Floating: Required across all campuses
