Position Highlights:Location: Davenport, IA
Schedule: 24-hour in-house coverage (full-time)
80 deliveries/month in a busy and supportive L&D unit
Partner with midwives and FQHCs in a collaborative care model
Round on post-op and postpartum patients
Work within a multidisciplinary team: NICU, anesthesia, midwives
️ Serve as a regional GYN referral resource
No outpatient responsibilities or "doc call" hospitalist only
What We re Looking For:Board Certified OB/GYN Required
Iowa medical license or willingness to obtain
Clean malpractice preferred (no cases in probate or under supervision)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Passion for community health & maternal outcomes
