Qualifications:
- Education: M.D., D.O.
- Completion of ACGME Fellowship Trained in Epilepsy
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology and Epilepsy
- Unrestricted FL Medical License (on the ability to obtain one) and DEA
