Seeking a board-certified or eligible Hospice/Palliative Medicine Physician to provide specialized end-of-life care in Oregon and Washington. The position is a 1099 independent contractor role with weekday schedules and requires active medical licenses and DEA registrations in both states. Candidates with Family Medicine or Internal Medicine backgrounds must have significant hospice experience and BLS certification.
