H&R Block is seeking a Finance Program Manager to support strategic financial initiatives tied to our CPA rollup and broader transformation efforts. This role will partner closely with Finance, Transformation, DS&A, IT, and business leaders to build new financial processes, reporting, and visibility across acquired CPA offices. The ideal candidate brings strong financial acumen, program management skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-evolving environment where models, reporting, and systems are still being built.

Day to day, you'll...

• Support the CPA Rollup initiative by providing financial insight, analysis, and program oversight across newly acquired offices

• Build and enhance financial processes and reporting, including:

  • Developing new reporting models and frameworks

  • Implementing and leveraging technology solutions to improve financial visibility and decision-making

• Analyze performance of new CPA office acquisitions, including:

  • Deal performance and post-acquisition results

  • Office-level reporting

  • Forecasting, planning, and target-setting

• Partner closely with Finance leadership, Transformation Managers, and DS&A to drive alignment and execution

• Coordinate touchpoints with IT and cross-functional partners to support readouts on acquisition performance and results

• Prepare and oversee financial readouts, executive-level presentations, and ongoing performance updates

• Serve as a thought partner to business leaders, helping translate financial data into actionable insights

• Support continuous improvement efforts as financial models, processes, and reporting mature

What you'll bring to the team...:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Work Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in finance, financial analysis, program management, or a related role

• Strong experience with financial reporting, forecasting, and planning

• Ability to operate effectively in environments with evolving processes and new reporting models

• Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with Finance, IT, Analytics, and business stakeholders

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience delivering insights to leadership
