Requires an Associate degree (Bachelor's preferred), state RCP licensure, and demonstrates clinical leadership, protocol-driven practice, and adoption of health system technology. Employed in a healthcare setting focused on innovation, research, and community health improvement.
Our Registered Respiratory Therapist II(RRT) serve as intricate leaders of the healthcare team by establishing an authentic personalized relationship with the patient and their support system. Respiratory therapists practice under respiratory and ventilator management protocols with a high degree of autonomy. Depending upon the facility, they perform intubations and insert a-lines.
RRTs are experienced Respiratory Therapists that demonstrate independence, rule consciousness, social boldness, and change readiness. What We're Looking For:- Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. 2 Year / Associate Degree, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.
- Licensure/Certification: Current RCP licensure in appropriate state, required.
