- Seeking a BC/BE Virtural Hospitalist
- Full-time, permanent position
- This is NOT a remote position. You'll be based out of our state-of-the-art Command Center in Charlestown, MA.
- Provide inpatient-level care in the comfort of a patient's home, ensuring clinical outcomes that are equal to or better than traditional hospitalization
- This innovative model significantly reduces overall healthcare expenses by avoiding inpatient visits, post-acute care, and readmissions, all while improving the patient experience.
- Work collaboratively in a team environment (Physicians, NPs, RNs) from our virtual Command Center.
- Utilize state-of-the-art equipment in both the Command Center and patients' homes.
- Patients receive comprehensive care including home infusion, meals/nutrient consultations, pharmacy/medical management, mobile imaging, laboratory services, and DME/oxygen.
- Enjoy integrated care with primary care providers, specialists, and ancillary departments.
Education and Experience- BC/BE in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics
- Experience as a hospitalist or in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) is a plus.
- Committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based medicine to a diverse patient population.- Excellent clinical and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
LocationConveniently located, Burlington, Massachusetts is 17 miles north of Boston and a short drive to the mountains, lakes and seaside of New England as well as cultural opportunities of Boston.
