Experienced Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Physician to join our team in northern Vermont. Offering the best of both worlds- a grounded, intimate and practical approach that meets the needs of our rural patients, combined with a careful attention to current best practice and state and regional health care improvement.

Providers participate in team-based care including pre-visit planning in collaboration with patient and clinical staff; participates in population health initiatives; utilizes motivational interviewing communication skills to facilitate patient self-management action planning for improved patient behavior change; and supports and provides evidence-based patient education.
Providers actively participate in hospital committees and maintain collegial and independent relationships with members of the Medical Staff and Hospital employees. Our physicians also provide both direct and indirect medical supervision of advanced practice providers to allow those providers to carry out his/her duties.
