The RN Float Pool Nurse provides skilled medical-surgical nursing care during the night shift at Aiken Regional Medical Centers, supporting patient-centered care and service excellence. This role includes leadership and collaboration with healthcare teams in a supportive hospital environment offering career growth and development programs. The position requires state licensure, certifications, and commitment to safe, compassionate nursing practice in a large healthcare system.

Aiken Regional Medical Centers has been ranked a top hospital in South Carolina by the American Heart Association for its treatment of heart attack, heart failure and Stroke, and most recently, coronary artery disease.
Additionally, Aiken Regional provides comprehensive healthcare services such as behavioral health (Aurora Pavilion Behavioral Health), emergency medical care (main hospital and ER at Sweetwater), orthopedic surgeries, maternity, rehabilitation services (Hitchcock Rehabilitation Services), imaging, and wound care.

The Registered Nurse provides safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy. Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team. The concepts of Patient Centered Care will provide the foundation for all nursing care. Qualifications
Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
Current license to practice nursing in South Carolina.
BLS and ACLS certifications required. Successful completion of CPI training during orientation.
