• Provide direct nursing care to residents using the nursing process
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor residents' conditions and report any changes to the RN
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures
• Need 1 year experience in setting
• Current California LVN license and CPR Certification required
• Graduate from an approved LVN program with an associate's or equivalent degree
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to use a computer proficiently
