The Machine Operator will set up, operate, and maintain production machinery to ensure timely and accurate manufacturing output. The role requires multitasking, conducting quality checks, and cross-training on various equipment. Workers must be physically capable and flexible with shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime.

About your role:
You will join our team and receive training on our world class production equipment. You will set up, maintain, and troubleshoot the production machines to produce accurate work on a timely basis.
What you'll do:
• Operate a variety of production machines in the manufacturing process
• Adapt and multitask as production volume changes without advanced notice
• Conduct quality checks to verify that the production materials are accurate according to the job order
• Cross train to learn the operation of other production equipment

Experience you'll need to have:
• 1+ years of experience with operating production machines in a fast-paced environment
• 1+ years of equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience.
Experience that would be great to have:
• 1+ years of experience in machine operation
How you'll work:
• You will work an assigned schedule of either Monday-Friday 2pm-10pm OR Sunday-Thursday 10pm-6am
• This role requires flexibility to work overtime, including weekends and holidays.
• This role requires frequent moving and/or carrying of materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• This role requires the ability to stand for a majority of the shift; safely lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds; lift above your shoulders; and climb, squat, kneel, twist, push, and bend frequently during each shift.
