• 5 days per week, Monday through Friday
• 8 am - 4:30 pm with 30 minute lunch
• 18 - 21 patients per day
• FQHC setting
• Basic wellness checks and same day sick visits
• 1+ years FQHC provider experience required
• Hospital privileges required
• BLS certification required
• We provide complimentary housing and travel
