Hospitalist (Hospitalist)

About this role:

We are searching for a collaborative, sharp, and autonomous clinician to join an inpatient medicine team at Riverton Hospital in a full-time capacity after January 1st, 2026. To be successful in this role, you will be board certified or eligible in either Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with a robust set of inpatient knowledge and skills. The Riverton Hospitalist team is a self-contained group of approximately 10 inpatient providers working collaboratively to care for our patients admitted for inpatient stays. O ur hospitalists also provide intermediate acuity coverage in a step down ICU capacity with collaborative 24 hour telemedicine critical care availability.

• This position includes astarting bonus, relocation assistance (determined by distance), and a Value Recognition Payment annually based on meeting quality goals, thoughtful stewardship of our healthcare system, and achieving high standards in performance reviews as they relate to citizenship.

• You will practice at Riverton Hospital, a modern 97-bed community hospital located in Salt Lake Valley's southwest corner, and rapidly growing, Riverton, UT.

What you'll bring:

• MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine

• Residency training Internal Medicine

• Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine

• Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one

• Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process

• Current BLS Certification is required before the first day of employment
