Ultrasound Technologist – OB/GYN
Location: Rockwall, TX 75032
Job Duration: 13 Weeks (Contract)
Shift: Day Shift | 3×8-Hour Shifts
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Hours per Week: 24
Note: This position is only offering 24 hours per week (3×8-hour day shifts)
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Ultrasound Technologist (OB/GYN) to perform high-quality obstetrical and gynecological sonographic exams in an outpatient clinic setting.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform OB/GYN sonograms, including obstetrical and gynecological exams
- Conduct transabdominal and endovaginal ultrasound procedures
- Evaluate normal and abnormal pelvic anatomy
- Perform fetal anatomy scans and biophysical profiles
- Identify fetal anomalies, including ectopic pregnancies
- Ensure accurate measurements across all three trimesters of pregnancy
- Maintain patient safety and comfort while producing high-quality diagnostic images
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of OB/GYN ultrasound experience (Required)
- At least 1 year of outpatient clinic experience within the last 3 years (Required)
- Strong experience with gynecological and obstetrical sonograms
- Proficiency in transabdominal and endovaginal scanning
- Ability to identify expected findings in all three trimesters
- Sonography certification/license as required by state or facility
