Key Responsibilities
Serve as the on-site technical authority and problem-solver for wellness system installations.
Lead job sites with a “player-coach” mentality, actively participating in installs while guiding crews.
Diagnose and repair Watkins, Gecko, and Balboa electronic/plumbing systems on the fly.
Coordinate and direct subcontractors on pool and spa projects.
Ensure seamless integration of plumbing, electrical, and thermal systems.
Train and mentor English- and Spanish-speaking crew members.
Oversee project flow to maintain Hamptons Happiness’ “Better, Best, Elite” build standards.
Take ownership of site-level scheduling, inspections, and performance.
Represent the company professionally on all job sites.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience in field-based construction or technical leadership.
Deep expertise in spa and wellness systems—specifically within the Watkins, Gecko, and Balboa platforms.
Strong mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) literacy.
Demonstrated ability to lead crews and teach technical skills (bilingual English/Spanish required).
Skilled in overseeing subcontractors and managing project flow.
Organized, accountable, and trusted to represent management in the field.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
No formal education or licenses required—skills and leadership are what matter most.
