What will you be doing?

• Lead and enforce Quality Management Systems (SAC/SIGAC)
• Oversee daily customs operations, including in-bond, collect, HAZMAT, and parcel shipments
• Ensure full compliance with customs regulations, OSHA, and company policies
• Manage branch budget, resources, and profitability
• Supervise billing, collections, and treasury functions
• Resolve customer issues within established timelines
• Maintain accurate documentation, inventory control, and audit readiness
• Train, develop, and lead team members

What do you bring?

• Minimum 3 years of experience leading and managing staff in border, warehouse, logistics, or customs operations
• Strong knowledge of customs laws, TIGIE, and regulatory requirements, some HR knowledge, 
• Experience with quality systems and operational processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related systems
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
