• Must Have Skills/Experience: Ventilator, drip titration, critical care experience
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: CRRT, balloon pump
• Type of Patients on Unit: ICU patients with ESRD, COPD, respiratory failure, post-cardiac arrest
• Personality Fit: Attention to detail, teamwork
• Number of Beds: ICU: 12 CCU:8 • Patient Ratios: ICU- 2:1 CCU: 4:1 • Equipment: ICU- ventilators, NxStage CRRT, arterial lines, central lines • EMR: Cerner
