Internal Medicine/ID physician role in Kentucky; permanent, on-campus clinic affiliated with a hospital 90 minutes from Louisville; 4- or 5-day workweek options; clinic has 3 exam rooms/provider, avg 17–20 pts/day, 2-week new patient wait; EMR: Meditech; residents welcome; hospitalist program in place. - MD/DO (Internal Medicine) with or pursuing Infectious Disease/ID focus - Active medical license (or eligible) for KY; J- or H-1 visa OK - Experience with outpatient clinic practice; residency training required - Eligible for malpractice coverage and credentialing - Willingness to work within hospital-affiliated system and use Meditech EMR
