4-day, 32-hour work week with large call pool (1:8/9+) for outstanding work–life balance. Full-time Hematology/Oncology physician role at a 300-bed community hospital in a popular Minneapolis–St. Paul suburb. Hybrid ‘privademic’ practice with option to focus on disease sites. 32-hour, 4-day schedule; generous base salary + bonuses (projected up to $650K Y1); comprehensive executive benefits. Access to multi-disciplinary tumor boards, APP support, in-house genomic lab, cooperative group & early phase trials. Open to dedicated research time. - MD/DO with Hematology/Oncology fellowship and board eligibility/certification - Valid MN medical license (or ability to obtain) - Experience in community oncology or academic-affiliate settings preferred - Comfortable with outpatient, inpatient hematology/oncology care and tumor board participation
