Physical Therapist Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in New Jersey or eligibility to obtain
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a rehab or physical therapy setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Experience in hospital, women's health, vestibular, pelvic rehab, or management is a plus

Physical Therapist Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients to create individualized rehabilitation treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions to promote patient recovery and independence
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
• Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and families on rehab techniques and home exercise programs
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, patient-centered healthcare environment
