Must reside 75 miles from facility for travel rate NAH-6W , 25 beds , Ratio: 5–6:1 , EPIC , Galaxy Blue (not provided) , Urology/colorectal, teamwork culture , RN reads tele, titrates , Dx: bladder/colon resections, TURPs, amputations , Meds: IV abx, pain meds, HTN meds, anticoags , Equip: IV pumps, walkers, gait belts.
