Position Overview:We are seeking experienced and compassionate Nurse Practitioners to join our healthcare team in Bronx, NY. This role involves providing high-quality patient care across multiple specialties in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
- Prescribe medications and therapies as appropriate.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
Qualifications:- Current Nurse Practitioner license in New York State.
- Board certification in relevant specialty.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation & Benefits:- Salary: $120,000 – $150,000 annually.
