What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the residential location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the residential property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help to deter unauthorized access and promote a secure environment.
• Document and report any unusual activity, security-related incidents, or maintenance concerns to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives as required.
• Assist residents, guests, and visitors with security-related inquiries and directions as needed.
• Work closely with local law enforcement and emergency services during incidents or emergencies at the residential location.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential security-related concerns and foster a sense of security for residents and guests.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
