- You'll join a team of approximately 68 physicians and 22-25 mid-level providers
- Physicians manage at least 60% of their own cases, while also supporting CAAs and CRNAs
- Exclusive provider for several regional medical centers and surgery centers
- Opportunity to perform TEEs and join the heart team, though not required
Schedule
- Flexible work structure with 80% work/call contracts available
- Call is evenly distributed; in-house first call with following day off
- 6 to 8 weeks of vacation during partner track; up to 12 weeks as a partner
- "Egress list" ensures fair daily hours and earning potential
Compensation & Benefits
- $700,000 starting base annual salary with a $100,000 sign-on bonus
