Golf Course Superintendent Requirements and Qualifications
- 5+ years of golf course or turf management leadership experience
- Knowledge on cool season grass - Bent Grass preferred
- Skilled in irrigation systems, pest and disease control, and equipment management
- Strong budgeting, planning, and staff development skills
- Experience in leading a team of 15+ team members
Golf Course Superintendent Preferred Background and Skills
- GCSAA certification (or eligibility for certification)
- Experience with resort or private golf course operations
