Golf Course Superintendent Requirements and Qualifications

• 5+ years of golf course or turf management leadership experience
• Knowledge on cool season grass - Bent Grass preferred
• Skilled in irrigation systems, pest and disease control, and equipment management
• Strong budgeting, planning, and staff development skills
• Experience in leading a team of 15+ team members
