- $80,000–$90,000 base salary

Accounting Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Prior experience in the construction industry is required
- Skilled in AR/AP, payroll, financial reconciliations, and tax preparation (but not filing)
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional demeanor with a commitment to building strong relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively across departments
- Ability to train 1-2 days a week in Madison, GA for the first few months
Accounting Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience with accounting and construction software systems (e.g., QuickBooks or similar)
- Degree in accounting or a related field preferred, but not required
