Not-for-profit regional hospital serving a ten-county region is seeking a BC/BE Otolaryngologist to their well-established clinic south of Champaign, IL.
Highlights:
- Full-time, hospital-employed position with a progressive and financially secure health system
- ENT Group includes three Physicians and two APPs
- One physician specializes in laryngology. This specialty is always in high patient demand, and the position has historically earned well over the median for efficient physicians
- 1:4 call
- ENT Clinic is located on the hospital campus with convenient access to the surgery center
- This is a general ENT position with access to advanced equipment such as Acclarent's TruDi Navigation System
- Join a strong team of employed physicians who offer a direct source for referrals and specialties
Compensation/Benefits:
- $625k + bonus based on RVU production
- $75k sign-on bonus
- $60k total retention bonus (paid $20k at the end of years 1, 2 & 3)
- Quality bonus (eligible upon earning base salary)
- 33 days of time off
- 5 days + $6k CME annually
