Job Details:

• Board Certified or Eligible in IM or FM
• They offer plenty of administrative support for their providers as well with a 24-hour call center to assist providers around the clock support
• Flexible work schedule with a good work-life structure
• Rounding in SNF, LTAC and LTC facilities
• Typically between 15-25 patients per day. The more patients you see the more money you make.
