· Practice Setting: inpatient, outpatient

· Types of Cases: Otolaryngology cases

· Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days

· Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Cerner

· Certifications Required: Board certified, basic life support, advanced cardiac life support and pediatric advanced life support
