The Role

• Patient Load: 18 patients/day; max panel size of 450 patients

• Support: Dedicated team including your own MA and scheduler.

• Patient Population: Seniors with multiple chronic conditions, managed through a value-based care model.

• Additional perks: door-to-door patient transportation, in-house specialists (Cardiology, Podiatry, etc.), and holistic health services (Acupuncture, Tai Chi, Yoga, Nutrition).
  

• Compensation: $260K $265K base + annual performance bonus (up to $20K in year one, increases with partnership)

• Partnership: No buy-in required. Eligible within months; 65% of physicians achieve partner status within a year. Partners typically earn $300K+.
