Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of reconstruction projects
Evaluate job scope, educate clients, and sell project solutions
Create and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and documentation
Coordinate and onboard subcontractors and resource providers
Communicate effectively with insurance adjusters, customers, and internal teams
Review and negotiate scopes and estimates using Xactimate
Ensure all required permits are secured and compliance is met
Uphold quality standards, safety protocols, and exceptional customer service
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in reconstruction or restoration project management
Strong understanding of insurance claims and construction lifecycle
Proficient with Xactimate and skilled in writing detailed scopes
Experience managing subcontractors and vendors
Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills
High school diploma or GED required
IICRC certifications are a plus
Valid driver’s license required
Background check will be completed as part of the onboarding process, in compliance with applicable laws
Must have valid driver’s license and ability to pass background check and drug screening

Full-Time, Monday–Friday
Some travel required for project oversight; per diem provided for travel-related assignments.
