Position OverviewBeth Israel Lahey Health is seeking experienced Med/Surg RNs to support Winter Surge staffing needs. This role requires strong acute care skills, comfort with Epic, and flexibility to float within the BILH system as needed.
Candidates must be prepared for day-one competency testing and meet all onboarding requirements.
Experience Requirements- 2+ years recent acute care RN experience
- Must be comfortable in a Med/Surg setting
- Epic experience required
- Must be flexible and open to floating within system needs
Certifications RequiredAdditional Notes- Pending license accepted at time of submission
- All RTO must be submitted at time of application
- No separation from prior BILH employment required for submission
